Core banking infrastructure, white-labeled
The ledger your
bank is built on.
Finnec is the engine behind regulated payment brands: one zero-sum ledger, real settlement rails, and the compliance machinery to move money safely — deployed under your name, never ours.
Platform
One ledger. Every rail.
Every balance a client or operator sees — fiat, FX, digital assets — comes from the same append-only ledger core. Nothing is bolted on beside it; everything is built on top of it.
01
Core ledger
Double-entry, integer minor units, zero-sum per currency. Every write is idempotent by caller-supplied key — a replay returns the original, a genuine conflict is rejected, never silently merged.
02
Holds, not locks
Available balance is booked minus active holds — a separate, append-only event log that can never touch posted entries. Funds reserve at the moment they're actually needed, not before.
03
Payments & FX
SEPA, SWIFT and local rails, chosen per payment rather than guessed from an IBAN. Synthetic FX locks a rate at quote and re-checks it at execution, rejecting anything that drifted too far.
04
Digital assets
BTC and ETH custody, built on BitGo, wired into the same ledger core — one wallet per coin, one account, one balance query. No parallel system to reconcile against, and the same path to mainnet once you're ready to flip it on.
What posts is what balances.
One Postgres transaction, row-locked in sorted order, checks idempotency and zero-sum before a single entry lands. Corrections are new reversing transactions — nothing posted is ever edited or deleted.
Onboarding
From sign-up to a funded account, with no ticket to an ops team.
An individual or a business applies through your own portal. Finnec runs the flow end to end and only hands a case to an officer when it genuinely needs a human.
01
Register
Name, email, phone, password. Nothing else, yet — the rest is asked for only once it's needed.
02
Verify contact
A typed code to email and phone confirms the person is reachable before anything else starts.
03
Apply
Personal details and intended use for an individual; directors, owners and company documents for a business.
04
Verify identity
A hosted KYC or KYB session through a pluggable provider, reviewed by a compliance officer — not an automated score alone.
05
Open
Approval opens the first account and boards the client for monitoring automatically. No separate step, no manual follow-up.
Compliance
Built to survive an audit, not just a demo.
A fennec hears what others miss — small ears tuned to a wide range. Finnec's compliance layer works the same way: quiet by default, and nothing moves through it unheard.
- KYC & KYBPluggable identity providers for individuals, directors, shareholders and company checks — swapped per installation, never hardcoded to one vendor.
- AML screening & transaction monitoringEvery external payment is screened before it settles; a flagged one holds funds and opens a case for an officer instead of quietly failing. Structuring across many small payments is caught the same way as one large one.
- Travel RuleAbove the threshold, a payment carries real payer and payee details end to end — not optional metadata bolted on for one jurisdiction.
- Hash-chained audit logEvery mutation is recorded with its own hash plus the previous record's — an edit or a deletion breaks the chain, and a daily job proves it hasn't.
- Evidence retentionVerification dossiers are kept append-only, independent of how long the provider itself keeps its own copy.
Running as the engine behind a licensed payment brand right now — real client accounts, real transfers, real compliance reviews, not a staged demo.
Session limits, rate controls and maker-checker review are on by default, not configured after the fact.
White-label
Your brand on top. Our rails underneath.
Each deployment is its own installation — own domain, own licence, own look. Finnec supplies the ledger, the rails and the compliance stack; what your customers see is entirely yours to design.
Separate by design
One installation per licence or market — no shared database, no cross-tenant query to guard against.
Yours end to end
Your domain, your admin console, your client portal. Finnec never appears in front of your customers.
Fast to stand up
A new installation is infrastructure and configuration, not a rebuild — the ledger core doesn't change per client.
Developers & API
A platform you can integrate, not just log into.
Built for people who will actually read the code before they trust it with money — and for the systems that need to talk to it afterward.
Read-only integration API
Scoped personal-access tokens per client — ledgers, accounts, entries and statements, for ERP and accounting sync. Shown once, revoked any time, never a write path.
Status pushed, not polled
Real-time notifications the moment a payment, account or document changes state, with polling as the fallback — not the only option.
An audit trail for a regulator
Every admin mutation and every read of sensitive evidence is logged and hash-chained — exportable on demand, not reconstructed after the fact.
Postgres, not promises
Row-level locks in sorted order, one transaction per posting — the zero-sum guarantee lives in the database, not in application code's good intentions.
Durable by default
Every async job survives a broker outage between commit and publish, retried from a transactional outbox instead of a fire-and-forget dispatch.
Traceable end to end
One trace per business operation, carried through every adapter call and retry, so a stuck payment is a query away, not a guess.
Get in touch
Stop building ledger infrastructure from scratch.
Finnec is for EMIs, payment institutions and fintechs who want their own brand running on infrastructure that already works — not another core-banking rebuild.
We reply from a person, not a form queue.
